CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
FORREST/POWER yoga classes build strength, endurance and flexibility. During this class you will detoxify, oxygenate and rejuvenate your body. Classes are 75 minutes. Classes are heated to 85.
HATHA classes emphasize the understanding of the body and how it works. Students focus on symmetry and alignment, using props — such as straps, blankets, and blocks — to achieve postures. Classes are moderately paced. Classes are 75 minutes.
HATHA FLOW classes are a sequence of gentle flowing postures that stretch and strengthen the body. There is an emphasis on breathing to promote deep relaxation that will restore and re-energize the body. Classes are moderately paced. (Classes are 75 minutes.)

LITTLE YOGI'S yoga classes are a natural way to exercise, relax, focus, and strengthen the mind and body through postures, breathing exercises and relaxation. Classes are 60 minutes.
MEDITATION classes explore how meditation can be used to solve daily problems, develop peace of mind, reduce stress, improve our health and find deep meaning in our life. Classes are 75 minutes. No experience necessary.
PRENATAL classes help prepare mom’s-to-be for the birth of their baby and work to alleviate pregnancy-related discomforts through gentle, modified yoga poses and breathing exercises. Poses practiced in class aim to build strength and softness simultaneously in preparation for labor. We encourage women to join this class in their second trimester. Classes are 60 minutes. VINYASA (vin-ya-sa) classes are a steady flow of connected yoga postures linked with the breath in a continuous movement, gradually warming, stretching and strengthening the entire body. Classes will combine sun salutations, standing poses, floor poses, backbends, inversions, and sitting meditation. This is a challenging class. Classes are 90 minutes.
YOGA FOR RELAXATION classes nourishes, energizes, and restore the mind and body. Classes include stretches, breathing and relaxation. All levels are welcome. Classes are 75 minutes.
YOUTH classes introduce young people to postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques. These classes promote flexibility, strength, and peace of mind. Classes are 60 minutes.
